Month of Coordination - Be Your Guest
Designed for the couple that enjoys the planning process but desires the luxury of celebrating their wedding day with complete piece of mind. Our coordinator will meet and review wedding details three to four weeks before your wedding. We will provide a detailed wedding day itinerary, contact and coordinate all vendors and be your onsite liaison for your wedding day. Our experienced coordinator will provide guidance at your rehearsal and orchestrate perfect timing from ceremony to reception.
Set fee of $1,600.00 applies, up to 200 guests. An increase in price will depend on guest size, file hours and number of coordinators required. Travel additional.
At Your Service - Pre Wedding Consulting
For the couples who want to manage their wedding planning and require expert guidance in their decision making. $150.00 for first hour and $50.00 for each additional hour. 3-hour minimum applies.
